[Case Study] Recovery of Exhaust Steam from Factories

The investment recovery period is about 3 years due to energy-saving effects from the increase in water supply temperature! A case where measures were taken for neighboring houses.

We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made by a company in the linen industry. There was a concern that exhaust steam could be blown towards nearby residences depending on the wind direction. Although there were currently no issues with the neighbors, they were worried about potential future problems and wanted to implement some measures. As a solution, an exhaust steam recovery system was installed. As a result, measures were taken to address the issue with nearby residences. Additionally, by recovering the steam, the supply water temperature was raised by approximately 6°C, contributing to energy savings. Steam recovery device for electric steam convection ovens.

You can introduce a steam condenser without the need for duct piping work!

You don't have to worry about ventilation equipment and layout when introducing a combi oven! The air, which contains a lot of high-temperature steam directly drawn in from the exhaust vent of the combi oven, causes moisture in the air inside the kitchen to condense into water droplets due to the temperature difference. The water droplets return to the combi oven through the exhaust vent and are drained away, while the cooled air, with the high-temperature steam removed, is returned to the kitchen.
