[Case Study] Recovery of Exhaust Steam from Factories
The investment recovery period is about 3 years due to energy-saving effects from the increase in water supply temperature! A case where measures were taken for neighboring houses.
We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made by a company in the linen industry. There was a concern that exhaust steam could be blown towards nearby residences depending on the wind direction. Although there were currently no issues with the neighbors, they were worried about potential future problems and wanted to implement some measures. As a solution, an exhaust steam recovery system was installed. As a result, measures were taken to address the issue with nearby residences. Additionally, by recovering the steam, the supply water temperature was raised by approximately 6°C, contributing to energy savings.
